Project Challenge

Remove old facade & re-install in sections to allow company to carry on working in offices during the project.  In the offices good ventilation is required however security is a key factor, for the entrance automatic operation is required however security is again a key factor.  The new facade is to create a clean, sharp corporate image for the company to reflect their ethos and high working standards.

The Solution

Two week project, the first week to renew the entrance screen, lobby screen and the second week to renew the main facade of the building.

Entrance screens & lobby screens manufactured with shopfront framing complete with automatic bi-parting doors operated by swipe card/key switch.

Low rise aluminium curtain walling with top hung openers to provide both security and good ventilation with framing powdercoated and spandrel panels powdercoated to the companies corporate colours.
