Blown Glazing

Had a broken wardrobe mirror (sliding door) all cracked. Phoned that day and the guys came that same day to collect the mirror and even came back that same day with the mirror fixed! Couldn’t believe it. It was a struggle to get the mirror off and back on due to how old the wardrobe was (not the same mechanism as newer sliding wardrobes) but there was no giving up, 10/10 service would highly recommend.

Hi came in to reception and received excellent customer service from both Karen and Yvonne who arranged for a piece of art glass to be made for myself ...excited,happy and grateful with the whole outcome of the sale thank you ladies for everything. Mrs Thomson

Great customer service and they get the job done! I needed custom-cut glass for my son's hamster tank. Out of 5 companies I contacted, Gennaro Ltd was the only one capable of doing exactly what I needed. The price was quite high, and there was a minor issue when I came to pick it up—they had only cut 3 pieces instead of 5. Because of this, I had to come back the next day. However, the staff was absolutely amazing, apologized for the mistake, and gave me a discount on the total price. Excellent attitude, great staff, and highly recommended if you need custom glass work!

I could not be happier with the service provided by Gennaro. My window was measured and fitted extremely quickly and prices were far more reasonable than any other quotes. Thanks again to Kevin and his team, I would highly recommend them.

Ordered a circular glass table top , 5ft diameter in toughened glass. The company said they would not deliver outside Paisley area. When I collected on the day, there was no packaging or any kind of prorection around the glass other than cling film. The edges were not prorected at all. Very poor experience. Would not recommend this company or use them again.
